I had a 5-hour chat over coffee with a bunch of ex-coworkers (one of them was presenting his startup ideas and the rest of us all pretended to be VCs and gave our feedbacks) so didn't get time to do my usual bookstore stroll yesterday. I made it up this morning. When I was browsing, a toddler walked by, grabbed a book from the shelf, almost tore it up, then presented it to me. For a moment I wondered if that was some kind of sign that I should buy it...
